Marriage License and Ceremony Appointments

You will need the following to complete your reservation:
Government-Issued Photo IDs that both parties will present at time of appointment(s)
Prior Marriage or Domestic Partnership information if any
Preferred date(s) and time(s) of reservation(s) as refunds are not provided for cancelled appointments and reservations are not transferable
Important Information to Review Before Reserving Your Marriage License and Ceremony Appointments
Both parties must present government-issued photo identification at the time of appointment.
Names on application must match ID presented.
Marriage Licenses are valid for 90 days after issue.
Marriage License fee is $76.00.
Confidential Marriage License fee is $81.00.
Marriage Ceremony fee is $45.00.
Only Check or Cash acceptable for payment.
Both parties must be minimum age of 18 years old.
Couples may invite a maximum of 2 guests to their ceremony, including photographers and children.
Public Marriage Ceremonies require at least 1 witness to be present; Confidential Marriage Ceremonies do not require witnesses.
It is the responsibility of each couple to review all requirements.
If either party chooses to make a name change as a part of the marriage, the new middle and/or last name must be decided at the time of your Marriage License appointment. It is important that both parties review this information prior to the marriage license appointment in order to be ready to make this decision.
